Who you’ll be working with

The global CIS & Cybersecurity marketing and communication team works closely with the business and the offer portfolio to support its ambition in terms of growth. This will include, but will not be limited to, B2B marketing strategy, brand content, integrated marketing campaigns, event management, pursuit support and external communications. The overall goal is to increase market presence, to drive demand and to build eminence through the work we do for our clients.

The focus of your role

The Global Marketing Lead on the Cybersecurity Group Portfolio Offer will manage the development and the international implementation of the agreed marketing and communications programs for Cybersecurity in order to generate increased market recognition and demands of our specialist Cybersecurity services. This full-time permanent role is a broad and varied full-service role, working across the marketing mix, requiring a breadth of strategic and execution skills and a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the industry, the accounts and portfolio teams to drive always-on marketing on the sector ’s key messages, based on client stories and supported by our capabilities. This will focus on key global/regional industry events with a full engagement before, during and after the events to include strong message strategies, content creation and distribution, speaking engagements and ongoing roundtables and CxO events. The holder of the role will be responsible for executing integrated campaign activities, monitoring progress, iterating and optimizing to ensure our KPIs are being met.

The role will report into the Global CIS & Cybersecurity Head of Marketing and Communication.

What you’ll do

Working with the business and the Cybersecurity Group portfolio lead you will

  • Set the overall marketing strategy with annual marketing plan and budget management, including co-marketing with key partners

  • Design contents – marketing assets, Thought Leadership, …- and implement global and local lead generation marketing campaigns, in alignment with sectors and other capabilities of the Group

  • Ensure qualitative and quantitative reporting on Cybersecurity initiatives: pro-actively manage the lead management process to ensure leads associated with marketing activity are tracked via our CRM system (Salesforce) and can be used to demonstrate contribution to pipeline and bookings.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance our brand’s visibility on the cybersecurity market through events, digital marketing, press relations and relations with analysts

Bring bid support to contribute to drive the growth of our top accounts

What you bring:

  • Experienced business-to-business, technology or professional services marketing and communication manager

  • Sound understanding of the cybersecurity market and its business implications

  • 15 years of experience in marketing in a large, matrix, multinational organization

  • Expertise in a broad spectrum of online and offline marketing operational skills including lead generation campaigns, event delivery, content creation, digital marketing.

  • Highly collaborative, proactive and innovative way of working

  • Good project management skills and eagle eye for detail.

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, analytical)

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Post graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent program, and/or proven experience in similar role
