We are seeking a skilled Sr. Product Manager - Tech to join our Cross-Channel Marketing Platform team to help drive the strategy and vision of modern customer engagement. Our team works on enabling our customer relationship and lifecycle marketing via the development of the tools, infrastructure, and data integrations required to manage high-scale, personalized (ML driven) customer interactions the entire lifecycle of a Amazon Music customer, including acquisition. This includes merchandising, e-mail, paid-media, in-app, and push channels as well as building cross-channel capabilities to automate customer communications with the right message at the right time in the right channel.

The product manager will lead our Paid Media, Associates and Deeplinks work-stream. In Paid Media the PM will build and improve our integrations with partners to help marketers deliver precise campaigns at improved ad-spend. In Associates, the PM will be responsible for integrations that enable Amazon Associates and influencers to promote Amazon Music HVAs for appropriate rewards. For Deeplinks, the PM will ensure internal customers have the tools to link customers to the right destination within our Amazon Music experiences. In addition to these, the PM may expand ownership to lead internal or external AI integrations to improve marketing efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
