  • Create, implement and track marketing plans and budgets for premier listings and clients—including objectives, timelines, marketing elements, costs, resources, media buys, etc.

  • Ideate and present property marketing strategies, plans and ideas internally to sales teams (to garner feedback/support) and externally to clients (to secure feedback/approval).

  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing strategies, tactics and technologies to apply to campaigns.

  • Act as a centralized subject matter authority on property marketing strategy, disseminating information about process, technology adoption and critical metrics.

  • Run multiple projects simultaneously with limited direction.

  • Champion the career development of team members and continual improvement of work product.

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management and clients, resolve optimizations to implement and strategies to shift based on the data.

  • Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows.
