Inspire Brands Sr. Manager, Product Management in Atlanta, Georgia

Workforce Planning is a critical business capability for Inspire. The company spends a sizable amount on above-restaurant employee costs that underscores Inspire's need for precise, strategic management of workforce forecasting and resource allocation to increase value for the company and its franchisees.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you get to shape the strategy and vision for the solution and technology that delivers on Workforce Planning capabilities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle for all aspects related to platform implementation, change management, and ongoing improvements.

You will do this by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, vendors, other product teams, engineering, finance, HR, and business intelligence. The role focuses on delivering business value through enhancing operational efficiency, decision-making agility, and maintaining Inspire's competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Develop and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Oracle EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.

  • Align the workforce planning capabilities with overall business objectives and enterprise technology strategy.

  • Implementation Leadership:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPBCS Workforce Planning modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Leverage a deep understanding of Oracle EPBCS, particularly Workforce Planning features such as headcount planning, forecasting, position management, and cost allocation.

  • Ensure seamless integration with existing Oracle applications and enterprise systems.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Provide thought leadership on workforce planning methodologies, best practices, and system capabilities.

  • Foster collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure successful adoption and utilization of workforce planning solutions.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance workforce planning processes, workflows, and system performance.

  • Promote automation and standardization to improve efficiency and accuracy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year Degree

  • 5 years of Oracle EPBCS, including at least 3 years focused on Workforce Planning

  • 3 plus years of Product management experience working on enterprise platforms

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPBCS, including at least 3 years focused on Workforce Planning.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

  • 3+ years of experience as product manager preferably in QSR, Hospitality, Retail or CPG

  • Proficiency in EPBCS configuration, including metadata management, business rules, forms, and dashboards.

  • Familiarity with integrating Oracle EPBCS with HCM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.

  • Proficiency in data modeling, automation, and reporting tools within Oracle EPBCS.

  • Working knowledge of related technologies, such as SQL, EPM Automate, Smart View, and REST APIs.

  • Oracle EPBCS or EPM certifications are highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, able to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and drive consensus.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Adept at change management and user training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Has experience in working in a matrix business environment driving collaboration, consensus, and alignment across teams

  • Experience working with teams across geographies is a plus
