Position Summary

As a CVS Specialty Shipping and Receiving Representative you have an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a patient within specialty pharmacy, the fastest growing part of the pharmacy industry. In this role you will partner closely with the Backend Operations Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package customer orders for shipment. You will also assist with stocking supplies and other tasks associated with the department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This role is responsible for executing key Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control and general warehousing duties tasks at CVS Specialty
Maintain warehouse organization, participate in the shipping & receiving process, order fulfillment.
Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify quantities.
Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, maintain accurate stock records, and report discrepancies.
Warehouse Organization: Ensure products are stored in their designated areas and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve operational goals and support overall warehouse functions.
Works productively with little supervision.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
To be successful and enjoy the activity of this role, you will need to be able to lift 50lbs +, stand, walk, lift, reach, twist, turn, bend, stop and walk for up to ten hours daily.

Required Qualifications
1+ year work experience
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for entirety of shift.
Electric pallet jack experience
Preferred Qualifications
Warehouse experience
Order Fulfillment Experience
Basic computer skills
Education Verifiable high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $26.21
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
