In this role you will

work with our organization

to support

CDC Wonder, which is a

c

ritical

public health platform

which

supports

the

nation

by

disseminating

public health-oriented

data through

a robust web application.

Responsibilities:

I

mplement improvements to the CDC WONDER

web

application. This includes working within the existing framework to

modify

and maintain complex HTML forms and Java server-side coding that creates and executes complex database queries of the CDC WONDER application

and managing

supporting

database objects, and data

. Improvements may include defect fixes, optimizations, development of new and existing features, and supporting research and development efforts for new analytic measures and visualizations for the WONDER online databases.
