Aerotek Shipyard Welder in Atlanta, Georgia
Travel contract with $100 in per diem per day
Description :
Assist in repairs and new construction of a variety of boats/vessels.
Experience :
· A minimum of 3 years of
professional welding experience is
required
Skills :
· GMAW (Mig Welding)
· GMAW - Pulse
· FCAW (Flux-core Welding)
· SMAW (Stick Welding)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
· Heating Torch - Oxygen/Propane
· Air Carbon Arc Gouging
· Experience working in a physically demanding environment (shipyard, sub-assemblies, ladders, air-craft carriers, staging, etc.)
· Familiarity with OSHA regulations relative to the shipbuilding industry
