Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Qualifications:

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration and continuous delivery of software.

• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning on AWS using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

• Ensure the reliability and performance of cloud-based applications, with a focus on uptime, monitoring, and incident management.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

• Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance and provide support for Java-based services.

• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production environments.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

• Proficient in creating, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.

• Hands-on experience working with Java, including Java application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $91,457- $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays
