EPAM Systems Senior Salesforce Solution Architect - Remote in Atlanta, Georgia
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our global Salesforce implementation project. This role will involve designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Integration Strategies: Design and implement integration solutions with other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability
Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, recommending enhancements where necessary
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, and integration workflows
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven track record of leading global projects
Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), as well as experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
Integration Experience: Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and experience with REST/SOAP web services
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
Global Experience: Prior experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders is preferred
