Capgemini Senior Product Software Engineer - WMS Integration Program Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic IT projects that enhance the client's technology infrastructure and support their logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to logistics (Warehousing and Distribution/3PL) and supply chain management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget constraints. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication among team members. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain technology, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience managing IT projects in the logistics and supply chain industry
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes and technologies, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and inventory management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with project management tools Asana/Jira
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
