How you’ll make an impact:
- You will be responsible for driving end-to-end analytics, owning and executing reporting/process improvement builds, and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and profitability. Your expertise in Tableau will be leveraged to improve end-to-end analytics surrounding transportation, capacity forecasting, and inbound/outbound logistics.
This role reports into the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Operations Analytics and is based in our Buckhead, GA office.
70% - End to End Analytics
Collaborate with and manage relationships/expectations with key stakeholders to identify and implement KPIs for the transportation, capacity forecasting, and inbound/outbound logistics use cases
Oversee complex End-to-End supply chain analytics data projects from inception to completion - this could range from modeling and/or problem solving with Transportation, QA, business partners, DC teams, Forecasting, Asia production planning partners, etc.
Act as key liaison between Ops and Integration team to connect data sources
Create all necessary documentation for new reporting/processes
Senior analyst will work with the analyst and provide mentoring and training as well as project collaboration, help with open problem-solving issues, and any other strategic insight in order for the analyst to gain hands-on experience
20% - Tableau
Assist Operations Team with building and support requirements
Be the Operations Tableau expert and execute reporting requirements in Tableau
Provide trainings and support to Operations Analyst and other supply chain users
Identify opportunities for reporting centralization/standardization
10% - Ad Hoc
Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting opportunities relating to forecasting, buying, and planning procedures
Execute and train others on weekly reporting deliverables
We’d Love to hear from you if:
Must have:
Proficient in designing and developing Tableau dashboards and reports, with a strong understanding of Tableau best practices
Proficient in data cleansing and transformation in Tableau Prep or similar tool
Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and an intermediate/advanced user of Excel
Preferred skills and experience:
Experience of 3-5 years in Tableau Prep / Tableau Developer
Experience with SQL
Solid understanding of Inventory Management and Forecasting principles
Strong numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
Ability to work and problem solve independently
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
Understand financial impact of decisions
Proactively identifies and implements process improvements to generate additional revenue and reduce non-value add work
