IHG Senior Human Resources Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
Your day to day
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business performance through understanding and collaboration.
Analyze HR-related data trends to anticipate needs and inform strategic business decisions.
Tailor HR programs locally and consult on issues to create effective business solutions.
Train and coach managers to foster an inclusive, diverse, and engaged workforce while collaborating on major HR initiatives for continuous improvement.
What we need from you
Excellent interpersonal, consultative, communication skills
Strong adaptability in an environment of ambiguity or change
Demonstrated experience in fundamental Human Resources knowledge
Business acumen that will enable an effective business partnering role with key stakeholders
Ability to deal effectively with diverse viewpoints and gain consensus as a team player
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $140,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
