Our Global Strategy & Operations team is responsible for executing and aligning the vision and strategy of TCCC with that of Global Digital & Technology Services and driving growth at a global scale.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Strategy & Operations to join our dynamic team. As a direct report to the Vice President of Global Strategy & Operations, the Senior Director will be pivotal in leading and driving diverse yet critical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, and a track record of managing senior stakeholders to achieve outstanding results. They would have led a high-performing team, collaborated closely with strategic partners and vendors, worked effortlessly with cross-functional teams, and demonstrated experience in leading Global PMO, Annual Business Planning, Long Range Planning, Financial operations, Vendor Governance, and Enterprise Architecture while presenting to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Growth:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

  • Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that support TCCC's digital transformation and global growth ambitions.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team and across the organization.

Strategy and Governance:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Global Digital & Technology Services' vision and the broader TCCC strategy vision and strategy.

  • Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks to manage vendor relationships, enterprise architecture, and compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key vendors, technology partners, and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive and comprehensive strategies that deliver enterprise value.

  • Influence and engage with executive leadership, presenting strategic insights and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Capability Building:

  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth to build the organization's proficiency in new technology areas.

  • Foster an agile and collaborative work environment that supports experimentation and creativity.

  • Assess and enhance the team's capabilities, investing in professional development and training to support evolving business needs.

  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that drive operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, MBA, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in in strategic leadership roles, preferably within the CPG industry or a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex, global projects.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with Global PMO, Financial Operations, Vendor Governance, and Enterprise Architecture.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • A deep understanding of digital transformation and its impact on business strategy.

  • Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, enterprise-wide solutions by integrating various technologies across domains and disciplines.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS) and IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to work in a global, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
