In SAP data and analytics at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyse client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilisation of SAP data and analytics tools. Working in this area, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualisations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimise their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs by:

  • Demonstrating proven expertise as an SAP Cloud Architect, with experience in at least 3 end-to-end lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA projects both on-premises and in Cloud IaaS environments (Azure, AWS); upgrade experience is a plus;

  • Architecting assessments and defining Migration Strategy (Greenfield vs Brownfield vs hybrid Selective Data Transition (SDT) approaches for clients;

  • Developing SAP S/4HANA Technical Architecture and Cloud Hosting Strategies within hybrid IT and multi-cloud landscapes;

  • Designing and deploying SAP solutions on major public cloud IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);

  • Showcasing strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and designing solutions for High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Monitoring;

  • Converting SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA System, with a deep understanding of the upgrade process;

  • Migrating SAP workload OS-DB to Cloud environments;

  • Installing and configuring SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, PO, SAP CPI, Cloud Connector, Solution Manager, and Data Hub solutions within major Cloud IaaS platforms;

  • Administering Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as SAP HANA and other databases;

  • Communicating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and clients effectively through strong written, verbal, and presentation skills while managing development efforts and client expectations;

  • Providing meaningful, constructive feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of project progress and any issues;

  • Managing SAP transport and Batch management;

  • Having experience with SAP RISE as a plus;

  • Tuning SAP performance, optimizing system performance for SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA databases, and cloud-based environments, ensuring efficient operation and responsiveness;

  • Contributing to the SAP Technology Practice by reinvesting in practice development efforts and contributing towards SAP Solutions and offerings; and,

  • Staying ahead of SAP and Cloud trends, leveraging innovative solutions to drive client business transformation.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
