Job Title: Sales Planning and Performance Governance Specialist

Job Description:

The Sales Planning and Performance Governance Specialist plays a critical role within the GRO (Global Revenue Operations) in ensuring various audit and appeal-related initiatives are being processed and followed within the Sales Planning and Performance governance team. This position involves meticulous review, data analysis, team coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to support organizational goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and complete data audits to ensure proper alignments are completed and maintained.

  • Manage access within programs that various segments will utilize for managing their territory bases.

  • Maintain and update lists and pages within SharePoint and Seismic programs for the governance team.

  • Review and complete sales appeals to support the Sales Planning and Performance governance team.

  • Ensure all quarterly appeals and audits are accurate and completed by specified deadlines according to the organization's calendar of events and Appeals SOP/SLA.

  • Execute, maintain, and utilize best practices to achieve optimal results in sales appeals and audit processes.

  • Centralize and manage all SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) Policy documents for various segments including US SMB, Inside Sales, Healthcare, US International, FDMI, Enterprise, and International Regions in a unified location.

  • Schedule and facilitate discussions to review and implement necessary changes to SIP Policy and SOP/SLA documents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suites - Required

  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Required

  • Bachelor's degree – Preferred

  • ESP and ESTAT Experience – Preferred

  • SharePoint Experience – Preferred
