Chick-fil-A Restaurant Systems Analyst II, Digital Transformation & Technology in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

The Restaurant Experience Systems Analyst role serves in the Customer Technology Solutions team within the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) department. In this role, you will join a team responsible for the development and management of Chick-fil-A's new commerce technology experience. The Restaurant Experience team is seeking multiple Systems Analyst to support this new and growing commerce ecosystem. One of the agile product teams where these System Analyst roles reside is an API service team that is building the backend architecture that supports the creation and execution of transactions in our order taking and fulfillment products while also improving restaurant technology resiliency. Another product team includes one of our full stack teams that supports the primary web-based tool that Restaurants use to manage and configure operational and customer impacting experiences.

In this role you will have the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment, solving high-impact problems, and collaborating with other teams in the Digital Transformation & Technology department and across the business. You will also work with agile engineering teams (staff and/or partners) helping provide input on clear technical requirements & user stories for complex features and ensuring focus on efficient operations.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate on assigned technical tasks, create documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.), and communicate with functional and technical partners with some direction from a more senior team member.· Translate business requirements into technical specifications of varying complexity.· Support and troubleshoot technical product issues and escalations.· Solve a range of interesting problems and technical opportunities using agile product development procedures.· Assist in monitoring the health of a system and communicate to partners or supervisors when issues come up.· Be familiar with standard procedures and technical recommendations in Digital Transformation and Technology department in order to ensure alignment for staff and partner technical teams.· Create documentation (systems/functional requirements specifications, flowcharts, process maps, and test plans, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquiredBUSINESS, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, OR RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD1 YR. RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
