TEKsystems Remote Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia

Remote Inbound Benefit Customer Representative

100% REMOTE - MUST provide own equipment for first 3 weeks of training

Schedules Range M-F 7:45am-8:15pm EST ( must be available to work any 8 hour shift in that time frame) and Saturdays 8am-1pm

Start Date: 10/14/24

Description:

· Verify customer eligibility and answer general questions

· Reset passwords, upload documents

· Assist with creating accounts

· Engaging with customers over the phone and replying to online chat inquiries

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to provide their own computer/laptop with working camera for the first 3 weeks of training.

      • Must not have any requested time off during the 3 weeks of training.
