Choate Construction Company Project Administrative Assistant in Atlanta, Georgia
Choate Construction Company is looking for a positive and highly motivated individual experienced at providing administrative support to senior level management. The Project Administrative Assistant position requires discretion, judgment, ability to prepare correspondence and maintain confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare all correspondence from draft and prepare for execution, create reports and presentations as necessary.
Maintain confidential information.
Coordinate business travel arrangements and monitor travel schedules as necessary.
Coordinate meetings to include space, equipment, food, etc. and general cleanup after meeting.
Screen phone calls and visitors for senior manager.
Prepare owner contract documents (AIA, DBIA, etc) for Division Manager signature.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
Five (5) plus years of experience supporting senior level personnel.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Detail oriented with an excellent work ethic and judgment.
Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
