Inspire Brands Product Management Intern in Atlanta, Georgia
We are seeking a Product Management Intern with a keen interest in marketing technology to join us in delivering customer facing communication and personalization solutions. This internship presents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and work alongside
marketing and analytics leaders to strengthen customer engagement. Key responsibilities include sizing and prioritizing business opportunities, defining core business requirements, and overseeing the design of technology solutions from engineering partners and vendor technology teams.
The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and possesses the ability to execute complete tasks and projects effectively. He/She will collaborate closely with Marketing and Analytics teams to understand business needs, drive alignment to solution design, and provide transparencies into
progress of work to several stakeholders at all levels of organization, and report out an implementation roadmap to deliver key business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the product management team in defining product requirements, user stories, and specifications based on customer insights and stakeholder feedback
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams within Inspire (including Engineering, Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Analytics, and Marketing teams) to define robust solution requirements
Lead and manage the development of a product roadmap from intake to delivery planning
Identify opportunities in the Communication/Marketing technology space and champion them within Inspire
Define, develop, launch, and oversee robust solution education (marketing, brand teams, agencies)
Manage KPIs to evaluate product effectiveness and propose adjustments to improve performance and ensure objectives are met
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Strong interest in marketing technology, digital marketing, and product management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and willingness to lead data-driven discussions to drive alignment around prioritization and impact
Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills – capable of communicating in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of widely varying audiences
Strong project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Conscientious about meeting project deadlines
Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands with entrepreneurial spirit
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus
Prior internship or coursework experience in project management, marketing, or software development is desirable but not required
