Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Paralegal This role is crucial in dealing with an increasing volume of work and will involve a variety of legal tasks, primarily focusing on drafting, filing, conducting research, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately drafting and filing legal documents in a timely manner.

• Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case proceedings.

• Communication with clients, with a focus on those who are Spanish-speaking, to address their queries and concerns.

• Maintaining an organized system of files and records for easy retrieval of information.

• Monitoring client accounts and taking necessary action based on the status of each account.

• Adapting to workload fluctuations and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Assisting other paralegals in the team, especially during their time off.

Requirements

• Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Proven experience in a paralegal role is essential.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Family Law is required.

• Familiarity with e-Filing systems and procedures.

• Excellent research and report-writing skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• High level of confidentiality and professional discretion is expected.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
