Position: Mid-Level Frontend Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: As a Mid-Level Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our frontend applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement user-friendly and intuitive frontend solutions.

  • Developing responsive and accessible web applications using either Vue.js or React framework.

  • Translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines.

  • Optimizing application performance and ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.

  • Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices to maintain code quality and scalability.

  • Staying updated on emerging frontend technologies and trends, and advocating for their adoption when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with expertise in either Vue.js or React framework.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.

  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the art curation or museum industry.

  • Knowledge of art history or valuation methodologies.

  • Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex or Redux.

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
