Engage with key business stakeholders to draft product and feature ideas.
Develop requirements analysis and assist in planning product development processes.
Create and maintain a Martech Operations dashboard.
Develop product/feature level user stories, release plans, and communication plans.
Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of product features and user stories.
Provide forward-thinking insights through industry/economics analysis and trend identification.
Education Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a Statistical area.
Currently pursuing a degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
Related Experience:
Background in Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Systems.
Understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
Functional Skills:
Strong collaboration, technical, analytical, and data visualization skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Bonus skills in PowerBI, Python, JavaScript, and Azure Dev Ops.
