Location: Atlanta, GA-*

Role Purpose

Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive awareness of IHG Hotels & Resorts and stay brands.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute 360 integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels (regionally and globally)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing plans including Creative Services, PR, Media, Brand Strategy, and Analytics

  • Manage advertising agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution

  • Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Experience

  • Five to seven years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position including brand marketing or campaign management.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to translate business objectives and strategy into marketing campaigns

  • Demonstrated marketing experience in organizing, planning, and executing small- to large-scale campaigns from conception through implementation

  • Ability to direct creative process to build compelling messaging and creative concepts

  • Strong strategic, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
