Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS284, P1, Band 4 * Assist with data collection and analysis for logistics operations * Help manage inventory and track shipments * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives * Analyze and optimize logistical procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs * Design and implement warehouse management systems to streamline inventory control * Utilize advanced software and technology to model logistics scenarios and forecast outcomes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics with business systems and processes * Conduct research to stay informed of advancements in logistics technology and best practices * Oversee the implementation of new logistics solutions and monitor their performance * Assess and manage risks associated with logistics activities to ensure business continuity * Create and maintain documentation for logistics procedures, systems, and workflows * Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to align logistics with their requirements * Train staff on new logistics systems and protocols to ensure smooth operations * Measure, report, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics activities

Minimum Requirements TCS284, P1, Band 4

Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management; an additional four years of relevant work experience may substitute for a degree. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory Control Management. * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination based on client requirements.

Preferred Requirements: * Training in Systems Design and Optimization and Supply Chain Management: Proficiency in comprehending the end-to-end process. * Training in Data Analytics and Information Technology: Crucial for proficiently managing the intricate data inherent in logistics planning and execution.

Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), exter al market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
