Jr./Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Onsite Contract) - Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts for retail environments, packaging, and signage.
Design eye-catching graphics that are on-brand, consistent with style guides, and resonate with target audiences.
Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality layouts, illustrations, and mockups.
Adapt existing design elements for various applications, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow, meeting deadlines consistently.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on retail, packaging, and/or signage.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
