Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Reporting to Winship's Assistant Director, Strategic Initiatives, the Implementation Specialist will support the development and execution of oncology clinical and research programs and initiatives by leading high-priority, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.

  • The Implementation Specialist will develop a deep understanding of expressed goals and work collaboratively with stakeholders to execute plans to meet these objectives.

  • The incumbent will work closely with teams across a highly matrixed landscape to lead planning and execution of initiatives outlined in Winship's strategic plan.

  • Leads the implementation of strategic projects in collaboration with leadership across all levels of organization.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.

  • Collaborates with management and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans.

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

  • Develop content and execute implementation strategies.

  • Identifies metrics that meet the organizations need and delivers on established goals.

  • Analyzes data to include conducting trend analysis.

  • Effectively communicates project updates, milestones, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Responsible for working with stakeholders to implement and educate on key solutions.

  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with various departments and team members involved in strategic projects.

  • Facilitates meetings to include retreat development/implementation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Two years of proven experience in managing strategic projects from initiation to completion, leading or managing implementations, or related project management or customer support experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred, including thorough understanding of research and clinical workflows and operations
