Insight Global Implementation Business Analyst - Onsite - ATL in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an Implementation Business Analyst to support their International Program Lead in all the work that she is managing at the moment. Part of this role will be a support function and this person will need to take notes during meetings, create action items, follow-up with stakeholders, and help move work forward. Currently in most of the meetings, the Program Lead is participating and can't take notes; she needs help updating JIRA tickets; she's more of a verbal person so wants someone else to transcribe everything and then send out appropriate communications. This person will also be working on processes, helping with follow-ups; potentially helping with her calendar and calendar management. This person will put together meeting agendas and also follow-up with business stakeholders to get action items completed. Currently the business stakeholders are in Financial services and supply chain. The Business Analyst will be in majority of the meetings that the Program Lead attends. As the BA becomes more knowledgeable on the international team and the list of products / projects, they will chime in on meetings. As the team works through different solutions, this BA will be helping with gathering requirements and documenting process flows. They will also attend product demos and then matching demos with requirements. They will work with the vendors and business stakeholders on new products by asking follow up questions and assessing if the products match what the business needs. The BA will help outline product scorecards, and define processes on giving feedback on new demos for new products in the international space. This is a long-term engagement and will scale as the international team continues to scale. This role requires being onsite in the Atlanta, GA office 8-10x month

Other activities include:

Help maintain project status notes in Jira.

Ensure project status is updated weekly in Smartsheet.

Help support deliverables across Financial Services and Supply Chain.

Assist with the coordination of system implementations, tracking project timelines and deliverables.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams, addressing stakeholder inquiries and escalation issues as needed.

Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions, project milestones, and implementation activities.

Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and training sessions with stakeholders and internal teams.

Gather and organize stakeholder requirements to assist the PO in configuring systems.

Work alongside product owners to ensure successful stakeholder coordination and deployment.

This role involves various administrative, technical, and customer service tasks aimed at facilitating efficient solution delivery.

Work in team-based environments and handle multiple priorities.

Compensation:

$45/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
