Description
Robert Half HR Solutions is currently recruiting for an HR Manager for a client in the Smyrna area. The HR Manager will be the sole HR professional supporting 50 employees with a focus on full cycle payroll processing, onboarding and offboarding, HR compliance, benefits administration including open enrollment, and performance management. This is a great opportunity to join a stable organization with a lot of tenure! The position is 100% onsite.
Requirements • Proficient in Compensation Administration
• Strong knowledge of Compliance and HR Compliance
• Ability to manage Employee Relations effectively
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Comprehensive understanding of HR Policy
• Experience in conducting New Employee Orientation
• Proficient in managing Onboarding processes
• Expertise in Performance Management
• Able to maintain Personnel File Maintenance
• Experience in Full Cycle Payroll
