Description
As a Tier I Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues. You will provide basic to intermediate technical support, manage help desk tickets, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of user problems. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth IT operations and high user satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tier I Help Desk Technician or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Active Directory for user management.
Experience using ticketing systems to log and track technical issues.
Basic understanding of networking principles.
Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of customer service orientation and professionalism.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus
