Description
We are seeking an experienced Tier II Help Desk Analyst to provide advanced technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure AD/EntraID, Office 365 support, and Intune. This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, assisting with the management of IT systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tier II Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience with Azure AD/EntraID administration.
Proficiency in Office 365 support and administration.
Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and policy implementation.
Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of customer service orientation and professionalism.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
