Job Summary
As a HCM Compliance and Risk Analyst Intern, you will work directly with our VP of HCM Solutions and with various departments on our HR team performing a variety of tasks and projects.
Job Description
We are looking for a HCM Compliance and Risk Analyst Intern . This role is a full-time, internship role and is remote . The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.
What You’ll Do
Assist with payroll processing and time entry follow-up
Work with compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management to complete playbooks for various processes within their teams
Work within HR systems, including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Prepare materials and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Assist with the collection and organization of HR data for reporting
Support the HR team with special projects
What You'll Need
Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
Comfort level with Microsoft Suite
Experience with Excel
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
