job summary:

Build, configure and maintain management platforms for Microsoft Windows management. Extensive experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Configuration Manager (SCCM), required.

-Package and deploy applications, policies, scripts, security updates and 3rd party software

-Build, update, and support automated deployment of new Windows laptops using SCCM and Autopilot.

-Audit and report results of security update deployments.

-Write, edit, and maintain system documentation for new laptop deployment, policy/app deployments, as well as KB articles for Tier 1 support

-Provide 3rd level support for troubleshooting managed Windows systems.

-Generate reports on demand for queries regarding inventory, software versions, and other information.

-Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system or similar

Minimum Qualifications: -5+ years Windows System administration experience using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

-Experienced at automation scripting with Windows PowerShell

responsibilities:

Playing a major role in the implementation and support of major systems, the Sr. Storage Systems Administrator fulfills system requirements as they relate to enterprise storage and SAN solutions. These solutions are used to satisfy business problems or provide partial solutions to more complex problems. This position supports rapidly changing technical storage infrastructures, which provide a solid foundation for production applications. The position aids in the development of enterprise storage architectures and researches trends and technologies in the storage industry. These architectures should culminate in the development in a full information lifecycle management approach for that allows the company to leverage all their storage assets in such a way that overall value is maximized while operational costs are minimized. This position performs daily operational tasks (i.e., SAN zoning, storage allocation, equipment installation, etc.) and data integrity tasks (i.e., monitoring data replication, ensuring business continuance volumes are in tact, backing up volumes, etc.). Finally, the position helps to develop and employ capacity planning and monitoring techniques so that the storage environment can be reported upon and accurately modeled. 7+ years of experience.
