Infosys Limited E-commerce Product Owner/Product Analyst - 123335BR in Atlanta, Georgia

Infosys is seeking a E-commerce Product Owner/Product Analyst and domain SME with retail functional experience. This position's primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times and act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT / Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Experience as a business analyst with knowledge of Agile processes as EPIC/Feature/Story creation and grooming, Requirement Elicitation and Design, Test Case Planning and Review. Experience in E-Commerce Functional Knowledge with Customer Shopping experience analysis, Rewards and redemptions, personalization, ease of Checkout, Omnichannel experience for a Retailer. Knowledge of Omnichannel logistics (Dropship, B2C, Last Mile, Reverse Logistics, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications: At least 6 years of experience in Product Owner; for fortune 500 clients. At least 5 years of experience in Business Solution Design (Integrations, Data Mapping, etc.). At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes. At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process. At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment. At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies, preferably SAFe. At least 3 years of experience End to end E-Commerce modernization solution implementation experience including product evaluation, Recommendations, and implementation. Good to have: Experience in Product evaluations and recommendations, personalization, latest trends in E-commerce, Mobile experience, UI knowledge. Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to develop and maintain business solutions following. Provides functional expertise in the areas of architecture, design, implementation, and testing Lead a team of engineers and consultants in understanding as-is business and come up with to-be business maps. Experience in Retail domain, and preferably Apparel and Fashion. Analytical and Communication skills (with prior experience in directly interfacing with leaderships teams (IT Directors, VPs,) Vendors, Enterprise Architects) Planning and Co-ordination skills. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
