Job Purpose and Impact
The Data Management Lead Engineer will provide advanced knowledge and thought leadership to execute the architecture, design, development and implementation of new and existing data management platforms & solutions. In this role, you will advise/lead solution development and provide direction on architecture, technology and engineering practices to ensure they are secure, scalable, resilient and robust. You will also collaborate with other engineering leaders and influence important technical decisions across data management technology space, applying your broader knowledge of data management technology platforms, solutions & related engineering best practices.
Key Accountabilities
Bring expert technical leadership to multiple product engineering teams to resolve highly complex problems and remove road blocks to ensure a scalable and optimal design across products for end to end data management.
Lead solution design for our MDM platforms & products, supporting the engineering team to ensure build adheres to standards and best practices.
Apply outside in knowledge of industry trends, latest methodologies & technology evolution to advise best data management technology decisions, in line with specific business needs and broader company strategy.
Participate in the engineering community by being a coach and mentor to engineers, sharing new technical trends, modern skills & presenting coding best practices.
Develop technical capabilities of the data management platforms & solutions via POC’s, POV’s demonstrating the art of possible.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Confirmed experience with agile product delivery models
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Participate in the engineering community by maintaining and sharing relevant technical approaches to data management and modern approaches
Experience collaborating & mentoring agile engineering teams on the technical direction, providing best engineering practices guidance
Exposure to Data Management platforms: Master Data Management, Data Quality, Enterprise Content Management
