Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to assist our client in Atlanta, GA with a 2-3 month project. This role involves working in an internal contract management platform and handling a backlog of contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze data from various contracts, all stored as PDFs in a shared drive.

• Participate in the development and enhancement of our internal contract management system.

• Work closely with a small team to meet the launch date of our new contract software system.

• Manage a significant volume of contracts, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data extraction.

• Contribute to the improvement of contract templates, which are not standardized and mostly not on our paper.

• Participate in interactive sessions with team members for a comprehensive understanding of the job requirements.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.

• Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in contract management and administration.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the health care sector.

• Ability to draft, review, and interpret contracts with accuracy.

• Proficiency in working with PDF files and related software.

• Excellent negotiation skills for contract terms and conditions.

• Strong knowledge of contract laws and regulations.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive contract details.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate contract compliance and effectiveness.

• Proficiency in using contract management software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.
