TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Business System Analyst- HRIS in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for supporting current and future information systems in the Human Resources Information Management (HRIS) department. Individuals in the Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for supporting the relationship between the Elevator business segments and the TKE IT organization. This role will support TK Elevator's business by analyzing, evaluating, and refining processes while preparing for the implementation of new world class business systems.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain and validate Union benefit contributions on a weekly / monthly basis Work with the global HRIS team to define global reporting model and ensure that local data is consistently defined and integrated. Ensure data accessibility and alignment with local processes. Ensure that Organization data models are accurately defined in the system, and that the technical definition of information in the systems is consistent with the organizations operating models. Identify potential areas of conflicting priorities and vulnerability in achieving standards. Review department's progress against established goals, objectives, service level targets and project milestones Consider and adhere to Internal Control Standards with current and potential business solutions Provide support to the business through reporting and data analysis to measure performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve organization performance. Conduct discussions with all levels of colleagues and peer groups in ways that support troubleshooting and problem solving. Seek and share relevant information, opinions, and judgments. Handle conflict empathetically. Explain the context of interrelated situations, ask probing questions, and solicit multiple sources of advice prior to acting Map full business processes and designs operational process flow. Facilitate group input to draft proposals for process improvements. Identify resource implications. Implement process improvement recommendations within the context of overall business processes.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in IT/Systems, Computer Science or another related field. (Or equivalent work experience) Solid understanding of HR and PY operations process, preferable in large (1,000 employee) field service organizations. 2 years of recent experience in SuccessFactors or similar HRIS system, including demonstrated experience in implementation of new systems environments. 2 years of recent experience with Oracle EBS modules HRIS or CPP Certification, preferred Demonstrated competence with data management and data analysis, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar analytical environments. Experience with systems that utilize an Organization and position management module. Ability to convey information clearly and simply to senior leadership and business stakeholders. This includes good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills that help facilitate the sharing of information between people. Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions. Knowledge of the US Field organization, systems, process or procedures a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with other members of formal and informal groups in the pursuit of common missions, vision, values and mutual goals. Ability to translate between technical and business language Ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and to plan, manage and deliver stable, reliable and cost-effective technology solutions. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to define and organizes tasks, responsibilities and priorities. Take responsibility for timely completion of projects and acti ities. Experience with reporting and data analytics applications such as MicroStrategy, Microsoft Power BI, or similar applications preferred but not required. High awareness to recognize internal and external clues to help guide future direction and realize opportunities for the organization. Willingness to travel.
