TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst in Atlanta, GA.
This role will work with the business in the execution, measurement, monitoring, and controls of the business processes. BPA will work collaboratively across all departments of the Shared Service Center (SSC) to help improve the management of a business process. BPA will lead process and system improvements related to SSC by defining, analyzing, designing, testing, and roll out the changes and enhancements to the systems modules (Oracle, Salesforce...) and processes. This person will be tasked with helping to identify key system and process enhancements that will increase efficiencies for the end-users by reducing system touch- points, reducing non-productive time, training end-users, and streamlining processes. The BPA's primary focus will be in support of billing processes, to include but not limited Salesforces transition, NI/MOD, National, Service and Repair
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS: Primary focus on billing processes for all lines of business as prioritized by the SSC Leadership and business impact SSC SME and key point of contact for Salesforce initiative and any billing continuous improvement efforts determined by the SSC organizational strategy Responsible for collection/presentation of data in support of overall efficiency objectives of SSC Support the execution, measurement, monitoring, and controls for the business processes to increase the overall performance of the SSC Support requirements gathering, development, testing, training and rollouts of applications impacting SSC billing, such as Appian, Salesforce, Oracle and other billing modules and processes. Identify exceptions and deviations from the business processes and determine solutions to close the gaps Follow the defined escalation path when needed, as defined in the escalation policy Performing day to day process administration and ensure completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations. Responsible for working with Quality to audit processes for compliance to the documented procedures Communicating with customers, service providers, field organization as required by business process Director Presents and distribute regular status updates to the Director of Business Process and business leadership Communicate and implement new business processes and/or any changes to the business processes Collaborate with other BPAs from other lines of business and functions to enhance overall business processes Collaborate with IT, SSC and Quality to develop, design, implement, test and roll out applications, projects, etc. to improve processes and increase efficiencies Support the development of business process documentation, including training guides and Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Experience working with Oracle, CRM, Appian, BigMachines, and Salesforce Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction billing and contracts, maintenance and repair billing, to include process improvement, project management, and system analysis with a well-rounded knowledge of branch operations. Familiarity with line of business (LOB) best practices Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or combination of equivalent experience. Ability to excel in an industry where multiple priorities can conflict, and interruptions are prevalent. Ability to strategically analyze a situation and recommend and communication strategy/plan. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations either verbally or in written format. Customer Service oriented.
