The Building People Building Facilities Manager/Lease Administration Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Building Facilities Manager/ Lease Administration Manager in to support a federal government agency. The candidate will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction with building services, maintaining, and preserving the real property assets, maintaining or lowering operational costs and ensuring the provision of quality facility related services. Positions located in the following areas:

Required Education & Experience

· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant building/lease management experience.

· The Lease Administration Manager shall have experience in lease contract administration policies and procedures to manage space in a variety of buildings.

Required Qualifications

· Knowledge of property management principles, operations, and techniques, including practical knowledge of trades and crafts operations.

· Knowledge of building design concepts; construction practices; the functioning and the maintenance and repair needs of the various mechanical systems of the buildings.

· Knowledge of FAR and GSAR regulations and procedures for contracts to ensure compliance with regulations regarding lessor and lease responsibilities.

· Ability to communicate orally and in writing to draft correspondence to tenants, lessor, and contractors to communicate lease requirements; to ensure compliance with requirements; and to receive and resolve tenant complaints

Preferred Qualifications
