Robert Half Attorney/Lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are offering an exciting long-term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be primarily working on contract, real estate leases, and compliance/governance matters. You will be expected to liaise with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on commercial and corporate related matters, as well as handling real estate affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on commercial, corporate, and real estate-related matters to internal stakeholders

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including master services agreements, detail oriented services agreements, and scope of work agreements

• Handle legal aspects of real estate leases, including facility leases, SNDA's, and estoppels

• Collaborate with the real estate broker during facility searches and negotiate with landowners, property managers, and their counsel

• Support the company's development activities in partnership with the General Counsel and Project Management Team

• Oversee property management activities and real estate holdings in collaboration with the General Counsel and Director of Contracts and Legal Operations

• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting third party logistics, supply chain, contracts, real estate, intellectual property rights, and compliance with cybersecurity

• Manage legal work requests and coordinate as needed

• Coordinate with and manage external counsel on real estate-related matters

• Collaborate with other departments to proactively address compliance-related issues

• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

• Utilize your contract negotiation and drafting skills to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks. Requirements • Applicant must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Contracts.

• Proficiency in Real Estate - Leasing is a necessary requirement for this role.

• Capability to draft contracts accurately and efficiently is mandatory.

• Should possess strong skills in Contract Negotiation.

• Experience in Red Lining is highly desirable for this position.
