Manage long and short-term Information Technology (IT) projects. Direct and coordinate activities of IT project personnel. Adhere to deadlines, prepare budget based on scope of work, identify resource requirements, and select and manage project personnel and vendors. Monitor the performance of IT project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback. Develop and execute a communications plan to consistently provide leadership and stakeholders with updates related to IT project strategy, risk, issue identification, mitigation and resolution plans, adjustments, and progress. Lead the definition of organization change management strategies and activities to drive the adoption of cloud platform(s) and its capabilities and reusable services. Assist with financial reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting for cloud services and capabilities to ensure efficient resource allocation, and strategic decision-making for the organizations cloud infrastructure and services. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to explore the possibilities of integrating Generative AI capabilities with new and existing technology solutions. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among globally distributed teams across different business areas, encouraging the exchange of best practices and the cost-efficient use/implementation of cloud technologies to meet organization financial management goals. Lead the update of existing processes and standards to reflect feedback and continual process improvement. Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential benefits of adopting proposed cloud commercial services, capabilities, and/or tools, and support the development of the pro forma budget and/or business case and return on investment, that aligns with growth and transformation strategies and overall business objectives. Define target usage KPIs and the methods to capture metrics to identify usage trends of various cloud solution components. Assist with the development of methodologies for allocating costs to various business units and projects. Perform risk management analysis related to key financial risks and associated operational controls. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

: Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 7 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: IT project management; Process optimization focused on cost reduction, productivity, efficiency, and adoption in relation to the use of cloud services and technology solutions implemented in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms; Planning and executing digital transformation strategies with hands-on experience defining roadmaps, selecting and implementing technologies, and organizational change management and adoption throughout an organization with a user base of at least 5,000; Program, project, and Agile management leadership of globally distributed technology teams, including experience with DevOps practices, automation, and tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) in cloud environments; Evaluating potential financial risks associated with embedding Generative AI and cloud services and capabilities in new and existing solutions; Implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity and compliance; Financial modeling, risk assessment, scenario analysis, and compliance with technology-related regulations and policies; and Implementing third-party cloud-r lated tools and technologies, including Chocolatey, Artifactory, and Cloudockit, to standardize and improve security of the core infrastructure.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.

Travel to various international locations required up to 5%.
