job summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Atlanta GA to support day-to-day project operations from planning through completion. Assist with managing safety, quality, scheduling, contracts, and team coordination. This role offers hands-on experience with innovative EPC projects and the opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment!

responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day construction operations, including safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management.

  • Promote and ensure adherence to company safety programs, policies, and training among project team members and subcontractors.

  • Collaborate on project planning, scheduling, and estimating to support project objectives and timelines.

  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including progress reports, budgeting updates, and schedule tracking.

  • Coordinate RFP processes, bid evaluations, and subcontractor onboarding, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

  • Support site layout, mobilization, demobilization, and resource allocation plans.

  • Assist in securing and verifying project permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Monitor construction quality and address non-conformance issues with project teams.

  • Facilitate onboarding and training of construction field staff and interns, fostering skill development.

  • Contribute to the project turnover, warranty documentation, and closeout process, ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
