job summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Atlanta GA to support day-to-day project operations from planning through completion. Assist with managing safety, quality, scheduling, contracts, and team coordination. This role offers hands-on experience with innovative EPC projects and the opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment!

responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day construction operations, including safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management.
Promote and ensure adherence to company safety programs, policies, and training among project team members and subcontractors.
Collaborate on project planning, scheduling, and estimating to support project objectives and timelines.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including progress reports, budgeting updates, and schedule tracking.
Coordinate RFP processes, bid evaluations, and subcontractor onboarding, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Support site layout, mobilization, demobilization, and resource allocation plans.
Assist in securing and verifying project permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Monitor construction quality and address non-conformance issues with project teams.
Facilitate onboarding and training of construction field staff and interns, fostering skill development.
Contribute to the project turnover, warranty documentation, and closeout process, ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
