The Coca-Cola Company Analytics Enablement Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

As part of the Analytics &Insights Team you will enable our partners to make decision with connected data solutions and establish metrics that drive business outcomes. The Analytics Manager (not a people manager role) will be accountable for helping lead the evolution of foundational data and analytics tools to help business partners across the North America Operating Unit unlock insights related marketplace for consumer and navigators of data . You will partner closely with IT, Data and Insights team to align on business requirements, capabilities, timelines and prioritization that meets the needs of the business as well as ensuring that data & analytics capabilities are accurate, effective and are driving value.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • You will be a part of the Platform Service Data and Analytics ( DnA ) NA OU Business Analytics Team.

  • Own the transition and transformation of current BI solutions to align with organizational changes and data hierarchies’ adjustments, including development and delivery of the project plan

  • Lead efforts with Platform S ervice center partners to create and commercialize data sets and operationalize the plan allowing others to source from “one version of the truth.”

  • Responsible for documentation on core BI analytics that details the data structure, source and filters making it clear for users to understand foundation and own the documentation of back end requirements

  • Partner closely with data and IT platform service centers in sharing requirements and goals, creating stories/story pointing, and throughout the development process.

  • Perform validation and QA of data products before release to stakeholders; Providing clear and precise feedback and guidance to developers.

  • Ensure cross functional teams have the full context and understanding of business environment to create valuable solutions.

  • Ensure compliance to Security requirements and proactively manage to evolve standards

  • Understand current and future business partner needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and make adjustments based on feedback.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • E xperience ( 5  years +)  in BI analytics and Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field

  • Experience with Azure is ideal. Company will be moving towards an Azure environment in the near future.

  • H ands-on engineering experience developing BI systems , technical design and working with big data

  • Understanding of DevOps processes and tools, Software Development lifecycle

  • Strong SQL; Ability to access and acquire data from Cloud Data Warehouse; Python skills preferred

  • Experience building data visualizations, dashboards , and datasets using BI tools ( Tableau, PowerBI , etc.)

  • Great teammate with ability to work cross-functionally in resolving complex issues

  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally and ability to communicate effectively

  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively

  • Experience in working in an agile environment
