Job Objectives: As Administrative Assistant, support the Atlanta office with various administrative needs. This position will be reporting to the branch manager/Regional Executive. Duties and Responsibilities: Answering all incoming calls to the main switchboard, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate department General office work such as filing, photocopying, daily mail duties, faxing, typing correspondence, memos, reports and presentations Organizing and maintaining office/administrative files (also assisting Underwriters with file management) Completing expense reimbursements for Branch Manager and Underwriters, as well as AMEX card monthly reports Making travel and hotel arrangements for Branch Manager and Underwriters in the office Calendar management for the Branch Managers and Underwriters in the office Scheduling meetings and arranging video/conference calls. Ordering lunch for meetings Placing guests on the building visitor log and welcoming guests when they arrive Monitoring and ordering all supplies for the office Processing of invoices and payables for the office Point of contact for IT issues, copier/scanning issues, etc. Point of contact for building management and small scale facility issues Regional social event management Other duties and special projects as required
