Finexio Account Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Finexio customers and ensure that they customer, experiences the maximum value of Finexio products and services throughout their relationship with Finexio.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, detail oriented, able to work with other departments effectively and build rapport with all levels of customers personnel. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills, able to drive increased product adoption and capitalized on opportunities to expand revenue and/or customer retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing, account-management role in the payments industry

  • Track record of successfully managing clients, increasing product adoption, action planning, and fielding escalations

  • Ability to manage several customers and projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and manage customer data

  • Positive, can-do attitude combined with an ability to manage customer expectations and be assertive and persuasive

  • Willingness to occasionally work beyond regular office hours when needed; Approximately 25% travel.

  • Ability to cope in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Previous start-up experience a plus.

Specifications

  • Owns the success of the assigned Finexio’s customers including program management, and customer account and relationship management. Expands the existing footprint of solutions within a given customer with a strong focus on Net Revenue Retention.

  • Focuses on retention and addition of revenue opportunities with customers for new solutions, projects, and electronic payments

  • Maintains strong knowledge of the customer portfolio and be able to articulate the primary analytical goals and business imperatives

  • Provides proactive communication both internally and externally to ensure customers’ needs are met

  • Maintains an understanding of customers’ immediate, short, and long- term business needs to protect, retain, and increase revenues

  • Provides industry insights and best practices to the assigned customers on a quarterly basis

  • Promotes new Finexio solutions to assigned customers

  • Reviews customers’ volumes and provides customers clients feedback on potential new electronic suppliers with ability to analyze volumes and present to the customer in a concise professional manner

  • Influences the product roadmap based on customer feedback through participation in Product Meetings

  • Contributes to feasibility studies, Statement of Work (SOW) and RFP/RFI responses, certifications, audits, etc.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000+ equity.
