Randstad Madisonville is accepting candidates for positions in Athens, TN. The roles and shift vary. The client is hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. All shifts are 8 hours shifts with potential for OT. Pay ranges from $16.34-$17.19 depending on role. Ideal candidates should be willing to load and unload machinery for 8 hours. material weigh up to 50lbs and have to be loaded from the ground to 6ft.

Responsibilities
The primary job function in this role is moving materials by hand as needed. This role requires fast paced repetitive movement of materials up to 50 lbs consistently onto a rack that is 6ft tall. The candidate should expect to work 5-6 eight hour days/nights per week. Essential job functions of this position include: manual labor, manual material movement, manual assembly and machine operating. Must maintain regular, reliable and predictable attendance and punctuality.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
