Publicis Groupe Media Manager - Zenith in Athens, Greece
Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Media Manager to work with our Zenith team. You will be the liaison between the agency and its clients. You shall oversee the agency-client relationship, determining clients’ needs—what they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term—and ensuring the agency delivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape, exceptional strategic abilities, and a passion for driving successful media campaigns.
Responsibilities
ATL & Digital campaigns Strategy and Planning; develop and manage comprehensive media strategies aligned with client goals. This includes market research, audience analysis, and determining the best media channels for effective reach and engagement.
Client Relationship Management: Everyday contact with clients to ensure proper flow and timely planning of incoming requests and outgoing deliverables.
Close cooperation with the Agency’s different functions and to organize various projects accordingly.
Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay informed on the latest media trends, technologies and best practices.
Budget Management: Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Track and report on campaign expenditures and ensure financial transparency with clients.
Regular interaction and reporting with the Agency’s Global Network, based on international group clients’ processes.
Follow up all internal processes, reporting systems and documentations needed for the completion of each project.
Ad hoc participation in New Business projects’ handling.
Reporting to the Group Account Director of the team.
Qualifications
3-4 years of relevant experience.
Experienced in handling multinational and local accounts.
Proficiency in media tools and platforms
In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital media channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field (Master’s degree in relevant field will be considered a plus).
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Critical thinking and Project management skills.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
