What You Can Expect
Responsible for coordinating and supervising of all Supply Chain activities in the country based on company’s SOPs in order ensure highest level of customer service and maximize business result.
How You'll Create Impact
Create and implement strategies to ensure an appropriate distribution & consignment plan to maximize customer service, and minimize inventory investment
Manage of Stock / Inventory levels on site based on agreed metrics.
Work closely with Marketing, Planning and Finance to achieve business monthly, quarterly and yearly plan
Collaborate, support and supervise 3rd-party agent for all supply chain activities
Thoroughly monitor KPIs and develop plan for any deviation.
Drive change projects based on statutory requirements (e.g. e-billing, e-delivery) and company’s strategies.
Appraise consignment performance and provide redeployment options to Commercial team.
Recommend and apply creative strategies to facilitate new business development and superior service to customers.
Ensure compliance with company’s QARA and ISO standards
Provide monthly reporting to management
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field;.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, production planning, inventory management and distribution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (mainly Excel)
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
