As Marketing Specialist, you are responsible to lead the company multi-channel campaign efforts to support lead generation from these channels. You’ll become a fundamental part of business, effectively planning, managing, coordinationg and delivering all B2B focused campaigns on time, and within budget to fully support company’s vision, values and marketing strategy. Working as part of a close-knit team, you are team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and able to work autonomously when needed. You will need previous experience in revenue driven marketing campaigns, influencing change through your love of data.The ideal candidate is analytical, energetic, proactive and has solid experience on campaign planning & management.

This role will report to Turkey Business Development Manager and closely work with global marketing, local business development and sales teams. The role will require you to be based in Istanbul, Turkey.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Creating regulatory & market driven campaigns and assignment of leads according to weekly lead targets.

• Analyze campaign performance and generate action plan to optimize future campaigns according to global campaign calendar.

• Collaborate and coordinate with business development and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns.

• Creating lists from external sources to inrease lead quality & revenue.

• Evaluating regional demands and lead generation requests of sales team, planning them according to campaign calendar.

• Organize tradeshows, exhibitions and promotional events.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or campaign planning& management

• Knowledge of a CRM (Salesforce)

• B2B experience
