Bir Tahsilat Yönetimi Uzmanı olarak, şirketin tahsilat hedeflerine paralel olarak, fatura vade tarihlerinde alacakları toplamak ve raporlama ve borç tahsilatlarında iyileştirmeler yapmaktan sorumlu olacaksınız.
Bu rol, İstanbul Ataşehir 'de yer alacak ve hibrit çalışma formatında olacaktır. Haftada en az 3 gün ofiste olabilecek bir çalışma arkadaşı arıyoruz.
Bu rolde tipik bir gün şu şekilde olacak:
Müşterileri düzenli olarak aramak ve fatura vade tarihlerinin hatırlatılmasını sağlamak, satış faturalarının verilen vadelerde tahsil edilmesini sağlamak amacıyla şirketin Trust-It tahsilat programı yönergelerini takip etmek.
Farklı iç departmanlar arasında aktif iletişimde bulunmak.
Musasebe ekibi ile koordineli çalışarak müşterilere gerekli hesap dökümleri ve eksik fatura kopyalarını göndermek ve mutabakatların yapılmasını sağlamak.
Müşterilerin kredi kartı ödemelerini ve banka havalelerini ERP sistemine girmek.
Aylık kapanış sürecini desteklemek için tahsilat ve alacak raporları hazırlamak.
Bu iş için aradığımız özellikler:
4 yıllık üniversite mezunu olmak (tercihen İdari Bilimler Fakültesi’nin İşletme, İktisat bölümleri)
Minimum 1 yıl borç tahsilatı, kredi yönetimi veya müşteriyle yüz yüze deneyim kazanılan bir rolde çalışmış olmak
MS Office uygulamalarında yetkinlik
Orta düzeyde İngilizce dil yetkinliği

You, as Jr Debt Collector, are responsible for collecting receivables within the invoice due dates in line with the company's collection targets as well as introduce improvements in reporting and debt collections.
The role will be located in Istanbul Ataşehir with a hybrid format of work. We are looking for someone to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Regularly call customers and remind them of invoice due dates by following the guidelines of the company's Trust-It collection program to ensure the collection of sales invoices within the granted terms
Actively communicate between different internal departments
Send customers the required account statements and missing invoice copies and ensure that reconciliations have been done.
Enter credit card collections and bank transfers by customers to ERP system
Prepare collection and Accounts receivable reports to support monthly closing process
The essential requirements of the job include:
University graduate
preferably first experience in debt collection and credit management or any other customer-facing role
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluent in Turkish and Intermediate level of English
