Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00hs to 18:00hs

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Summary Position

As part of NBS LATAM you will be part of the Nespresso cluster in the Record to Report team as an Accounting Analyst delivering services to one of our Nespresso markets.

A day in the life of…

As an Accounting Analyst you will be in charge of performing daily activities of one of our Nespresso markets.

Perform daily accounting activities

Participate on continuous improvement initiatives and automations

Perform daily reconciliation of companies’ sales (cash, credit card, online payments etc.)

Perform Fixed Assets in the Accounting system

Identify and analyze differences on Balance Sheet accounts

Support PEC coordinator in month-end closing activities

Prepare reports to be sent to HQ on a monthly basis

Provide accurate and on time Financial Reporting to stakeholders and Head Quarters

Build good relationship with our partners all over the world

Reach targets for key KPIs, achieve team goals and improve business processes

What will make you successful

  • Have two or more years of experience as an accounting analyst

  • Have prior experience with ERP systems

  • Speak English to an advanced or intermediate level

  • Good level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills

  • Graduated (or ongoing) in Financial areas; Accounting, Business Administration or related areas.
